Through the eyes of a child
I have just reviewed this for Youthwork magazine. It is the best piece of work I have read on some great theological themes (explored from a child's perspective) for years . . . having said that, there has not been loads written. This is not a book to read in one sitting, layed out as it is in the form of essays by some eminent theological thinkers . . . worth the steep cover price, you will come back to it again and again. If only the church could explore every spiritual / theological theme from a child's perspective - what would they make of unity, headship, the gender debate?
As I continue to read the book and digest some of the ideas, will share thoughts on those here.
