This Easter - arrive at silence

Good Friday approaches, and what have we seen? Anthony DeMello speaks of truth in his book, "Awareness", he says, "truth cannot be put into words, into a formula. That isn't the truth. That isn't reality" . . . the great Thomas Aquinas, toward the end of his life, wouldn't write and wouldn't talk; he had seen. This Easter, amidst all the words, whether in church, at home, over the Easter break - I am going to try and arrive at a kind of silence. To try and see afresh what took place on the tree and at the tomb.
